Acceptable Use

The Aquilae platform is intended exclusively for educational use within post-secondary education. You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with its pedagogical purpose. It is prohibited to attempt to bypass security measures, use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, share your login credentials, copy or redistribute educational content without authorization, or submit inappropriate content or content unrelated to your courses to the AI tutor.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Platform access is provided by your educational institution; specific access conditions (duration, available features) are determined by your institution.

Intellectual Property

Educational content available on the platform (courses, documents, exercises) is protected by copyright and remains the property of their respective authors or the institution. Use of this content is strictly limited to your personal use within the scope of your education. Downloaded documents include a personalized identification watermark. The Aquilae platform, its source code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of Aquilae.

Termination

Your access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in the event of a violation of these terms of service, at the request of your educational institution, or in case of non-compliance with educational community rules. In the event of termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may also request the deletion of your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Aquilae platform is provided as-is. While we strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Responses generated by the AI tutor are provided for pedagogical purposes and do not constitute official instruction. Aquilae shall not be held liable for decisions made based on information provided by the AI tutor.
